Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in the automobile and machinery sectors. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of the industry, customer needs, and market trends. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, market analysis, and the development of innovative marketing campaigns to grow our presence in the competitive automotive and machinery markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitability in the automobile and machinery sectors
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Use insights to adapt marketing strategies effectively.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and B2B) that promote our products and services, with a focus on product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels. Maintain brand integrity and standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to create integrated marketing strategies that support product launches, sales objectives, and customer engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Develop engaging content, including website copy, blogs, case studies, press releases, and product brochures to highlight the value proposition of products.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to campaigns that deliver the highest ROI. Track expenses and campaign performance.
  • Event Management: Plan and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, product demos, and industry events to engage with potential clients and partners.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and motivate a marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively. Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze the performance of marketing activities, track key metrics, and report results to senior management, recommending improvements and adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing is a plus.

Experience
  • Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4+ years of experience in the automobile and/or machinery sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for automotive or industrial products.
  • Experience managing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the automobile and machinery industry, including market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative and data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with distributors or dealers in the automobile or machinery sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales funnel management and lead nurturing strategies.
