Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our WaveUltra business. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to start their career in sales and business development within the ultrasonic machinery and industrial solutions sector. The candidate will assist in driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

1. Sales Support & Business Development

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities in ultrasonic machinery and related industries (Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, Medical, Aerospace).
  •  Support preparation and submission of RFQs, RFPs, and technical-commercial offers.
  •  Help in tracking customer inquiries and following up for business opportunities.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide product information.
  •  Support visits to client sites, including PDI visits, to understand customer needs and project requirements.
  •  Assist in coordinating with customers for order processing, project updates, and payments.

3. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team, accounts team, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  •  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotions.

4. Sales Documentation & Reporting

  •  Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
  •  Support preparation of sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance.
  •  Help gather market insights and competitor information to support business strategy.

5. Industry Representation

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
  •  Support networking and business promotion activities for WaveUltra products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  •  MBA with or without Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
  •  Strong communication skills in English.
  •  Eager to learn and develop a career in sales and business development.
  • Good understanding of technical products or machinery is a plus.
  •  Willingness to travel as required for client visits and events.
  •  Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset
