Founded in 2008 as “Waveultrasonics” and incorporated in 2017, Waveultra specializes in Ultrasonic Cleaning systems,Electroplating, Vacuum Impregnation. With over 50 employees and a skilled in-house design team, we operate modern manufacturing units featuring CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Press Brake Bending, Welding, Fabrication, Assembly, and Surface Treatment. Many units are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we employ Lean Manufacturing for an optimal work environment. Serving industries like Automobile, Medical, Electronics, Aerospace, and Defense, Waveultra leverages a dedicated engineering team and expansive supplier network to support diverse manufacturing projects.

Founded in 2008, Waveultra evolved from ultrasonic cleaning systems to SPMs and Contract Manufacturing in 2017, becoming industry leaders with innovative solutions.

Founded in Bengaluru, India

April 2008

Started manufacturing of Compact Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

May 2012

Extended manufacturing to Semi Automated Ultrasonic cleaning Machines

Nov 2013

Extended manufacturing to Fully Automated Ultrasonic cleaning Machines with pick and place gantry mechanism

Sep 2014

Manufactured one of India’s largest Automated system for surface treatment of about 18000 liter capacity

Started design and development including prove out of Special Purpose Machines

Company Incorporated and Infrastructure upgraded to support growing number of employees & projects

Installed In-house machines for CNC Laser Cutting & CNC Press Brake Bending for all fabrication applications
